¨       Assisted CPA in a governmental audit, wrote engagement letter, performed tests and analysis, and wrote the Unqualified Opinion Standard Report in accordance with GAAS and Governmental Auditing Procedures

¨       I have been employed as an office manager for a couple different organizations. These positions required scheduling appointments, scheduling employees, screening incoming calls, making travel arrangements (local/national/international), ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, bookkeeping, payroll, billing and various administrative duties.

¨       I was a store manager of a pizza chain restaurant as well as an assistant store manager of video store, and managed all aspects related to these positions. I successfully managed over twenty employees. These positions required interviewing candidates, hiring, training new and existing employees, terminations, payroll, inventory and ordering of products & supplies, bookkeeping, employee reviews, scheduling employees etc., as well as successfully handling customer inquiries and complaints.

¨       Co-owned a construction company which included managing all aspects of the business from employees and jobs to insurance and liabilities. In this position I interviewed candidates, hiring, terminations, bookkeeping, payroll, made estimates, calculated bids, collections etc.



¨       As an intern I worked for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), writing and assisting clients in writing business & marketing plans and financial forecasting. I have worked to prepare these clients on bank presentations for loans, and helped my clients obtain funding of over 2.5 million during my internship.

¨       As an employee of an Auto Dealership I successfully maintained the website for internet advertising and was responsible for their advertising and marketing for vehicle sales and special promotions via print, radio, television and internet with a 5k+ monthly budget. I also prepared and updated a business plan for lender financing and the resale of the business.



¨       I have over ten years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant and Secretary. These positions included: customer service; creating employee manuals; writing correspondence, memos, form letters; creation of high speed presentations; creation of spreadsheets with ability to graph data; filing and reorganization of filing system; auditing time and expense reports for over 37 employees; data entry; scheduling meetings; making travel arrangements (Local/National/International), as well as various other tasks as needed.
