Preferred Competencies, Education and
Experience:
o Two or more years of sales management and sales recruiting experience.
o Experience in Insurance sales preferred, but not required.
o Experience in team building and development.
o Self-starter and team player with a drive to help others.
o Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
o Willing to invest time in developing relationships with your own team as well as clients.
o Ability to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.
