This position gives you the flexibility to set and work your own schedule, but you must still work full time. People who transition well are:
current salespeople of any kind, customer service agents, mortgage/real estate agents, business owners, recent college graduates, athletes, veterans, and anyone that want to be paid, based what they put into their career. If you work hard you can earn 7 figures a year in under 5 years with our guidance.
An average producer will earn at least $60,000
1st year and a top producer can earn as much as $200,000 1st year, both with benefits, residual income, and company paid vacation incentive trips. We have agent, management, and agency positions available, with advancement opportunities to move up within our company.
We do require that you be life licensed through the state, which the test can be done in as little as a week, and we can provide assistance with the licensing process. We also require that you be a team player that is teachable with a Whatever It Takes Attitude.
