My client is a large healthcare provider and they are looking for qualified candidates with customer service experience to join their team. This position is a long term contract position, but the idea is for the person to become a permanent FTE. The contracted pay rate is $13.75/hour. Job Description:
A large healthcare provider in Redding is looking for Processing Associates and Customer Service Representatives to join their team.
Responsibilities:
oAssists with duties as required to support department on an as-needed basis
oMakes decisions based on review of source documents for routine and difficult processing issues
oLooks up correct codes and enters data into system
oVerifies accuracy of data submitted
Qualifications:
oAbility to enter and retrieve data using standardized keyboard functions
oGood verbal and written communication skills with ability to write correspondence
oGood knowledge of windows based applications (Word & Excel)
oAttention to detail
oAbility to multi-task
High school diploma or GED required
Successful candidates will have the following:
o Comprehensive knowledge of windows based applications (Word, Excel, Access)
o Strong research skills
o Strong customer service skills
o Ability to meet production and quality standards
Must clear background check and drug test prior to starting position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
