Summary:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Associate degree in business or nursingrequired or an equivalent combination of education and pertinent/directly related experience (4 years).
Minimum of two (2) years experience in the ambulatory medical setting is required.
KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of medical office workflow's and processes.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of computers and their applications.
Knowledge of electronic medical records.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
SKILLS:
Proven leadership skills are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language are required.
The ability to motivate and train adults.
The ability to deal effectively with all customers including physicians and difficult customer service issues.
The ability to accept, implement and evaluate change.
Organizational skills are important for this position.
The ability to work independently, prioritize work, manage time and workflow to meet deadlines.
The ability to pay attention to detail is important.
Skills in the use of office equipment.
Computer and software skills are a must for this position.
The ability to exercise initiative, judgment, problem solving skills.
The ability to understand reports and develop action plans to achieve desired action plans.
The ability to lead a team andbuild consensus with employees and physicians.
The ability to complete multiple projects and manage shifting priorities with frequent interruptions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
