This tight-knit team is seeking a seasoned Director-level candidate who is prepared to jump in and take on this crucial leadership role at the 300-bed hospital.
Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer CNO and Executive Leadership Team, the Diagnostic Imaging Services Director will direct and oversee three direct reports, including the Radiology Manager and two Assistant Managers, in addition to a team of employees who are dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
The Director Radiology Services will mentor their three direct reports, providing leadership expertise and coaching the leaders on managerial skills for the radiology department.
Master's Degree and ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists credential is required for this role.
This 300-bed short-term acute care hospital and designated Trauma Center offers a broad range of medical services to patients in the surrounding communities, including Medical Surgical Care, 24-hour Emergency Services, and Cardiac Care.
