Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries - Maintain patient records and update information in electronic systems - Provide administrative support to dental providers and staff - Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
Experience:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist preferred - Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures - Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental software systems - Knowledge of dental administrative support tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records - Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent patient service - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance We offer competitive pay based on experience, along with benefits such as dental coverage, paid time off, and retirement plans.
