Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, greeting customers and assesing their shipping, printing, packaging needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work a POS system along with other proprietary software - Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and completing necessary documentation - Maintain cleanliness of store - Move and stack boxes up to 50lbs - Assist customers with all store services including but not limited to:
returns, faxing, printing, emailing documents, passport photos, mail and package distribution, and much more.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and prioritize tasks - Basic math skills - Time management skills to meet deadlines - Effective communication skills to collaborate with team - Ability to operate computer systems and type quickly Within your first 6 months you will be eligible for $1.
50/hr pay raise with additional certifications and responsibilities.
