The Hotel General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, restaurant, bar, events space, to day-to-day staff management and guests.
Manage the financial performance of the property and the achievement of property sales and profit objectives.
Serve our guests by modeling excellent service by striving for warm hospitable interactions, as well as, identifying and addressing guest issues.
Build and manage team members.
Everything from hiring, training, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Manage the standards and procedures of Red Lion Hotels through effective planning, organization, training, and decision-making.
Lead by example.
Be ready to step-in and perform any task that is asked of team members.
Deliver hotel budget goals and set other short and long term strategic goals for the property.
Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings.
Corporate client handling and take part in new client acquisition along with the sales team whenever required.
Assisting in sales as and when required and development with strong sales prospects.
Responsible for safeguarding the quality of operations both (internal & external audits).
Responsible for legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred Computer proficiency, including Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in performing managerial duties and responsibilities Ability to supervise, hire, train and motivate 50
