Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and ensure seamless communication throughout the lead generation process.
Follow up with leads to schedule appointments and provide necessary information to facilitate sales conversions.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasive abilities and the confidence to engage with customers over the phone.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
