Our goal is to assist individuals in stabilizing their housing, moving from homelessness to stable, permanent housing.
In Redding we offer an array of services including Supported Housing for transition-aged youths, Housing Navigation Services offered through Cal AIM, and housing support for Shasta College Students.
For our Case Managers, each day is different.
Duties may include locating housing placements, assisting individuals in setting goals, accompanying to an appointment, assisting with acquiring benefits, teaching budgeting and other skills, liaison with apartment managers, and helping build a supportive network.
We are growing in Redding and we're seeking a Case Manager/Housing Navigator who is a team player to assist with our transition-aged youth program, and to support the development of case management services for a new tiny homes project in Redding.
