Service Coordinator Reports to:
Office Manager Salary Range:

Full-Time, Hourly

Purpose To provide prompt and efficient administrative support to the Office Manager and the consulting staff encompassing general administrative duties including but not limited to computer input, record keeping, authoring correspondence, assisting tenants with repair/maintenance needs and effectively communicating with clients.
Responsibilities 1.
Greet visitors, screen incoming calls and process mail in a professional and expedient manner.
2.
Provide support to ensure that accurate letters, documents, and other materials are produced within established time frames and with high-quality standards.
3.
Identifying and scheduling appointments with appropriate service providers and performing adequate follow-up.
4.
Use of various software packages to produce accurate documents, presentation materials, charts, and graphics within established deadlines.
5.
Maintain files and records, digital and physical.
6.
Ensure that confidential materials are properly handled.
7.
Bookkeeping support as assigned.
8.
Display flexibility in performing other duties as assigned.
Skill Requirements 1.
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience providing clerical and administrative support with a demonstrated level of increasing responsibility.
2.
A moderate to advanced level of knowledge in the use of PC based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3.
Minimum Typing 50 wpm.
4.
Driver's License, clean driving record, and vehicle Behavior Requirements 1.
Ability to work with little direction maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
2.
Willingness and ability to learn.
3.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
4.
Professional demeanor.
