Redding, CA Redding, CA Full-time Full-time $17 - $20 an hour $17 - $20 an hour Job Summary Carmona's Appliance Center is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the parts and service department! As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent our members on client support calls.
You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints and identifying and ordering parts.
Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people.
Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
