Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, coordinating, and supervising clinical operations Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards Participate in staff development and training programs Contribute to quality improvement initiatives Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Active LVN or RN license (LVN or RN candidates are welcome to apply) Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices Commitment to providing exceptional patient care Pay Range:

$35-$45 per hour RN:
