Summary:
Project Superintendent is primarily responsible for the daily operations and supervision of the on-site construction personnel to ensure effective planning, coordination and timely execution of the work.
These duties will include thoroughly documenting job progress in daily reports.
Compiling and maintaining critical path schedules.
Reviewing and processing product submittals.
Computer skills required:
Excel, Word and Outlook.
Smartsheets project scheduler is a plus.
Compensation will be dependent on experience.
