We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
This is a Monday - Friday, 8 hour day position.

Qualifications:
1 year administrative assistant experience, preferably in an acute care setting 1 year scheduling experience High School Diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Able to type 55 WPM, position requires substantial amount of typing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational, prioritization, attention to detail and customer service skills Ability to work independently with little direction; be a self-starter and task-oriented Ability to work effectively with general public, co-workers, professionals and medical staff Position requires a post-offer physical, drug/alcohol test and background check.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
