The Assistant Director of Nursing assumes full time administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the delivery of nursing services in the facility under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
They also manage facility employees in the provision of care and services according to professional standards of nursing practice, consistent with facility philosophy of care and county, state and federal laws and regulations, as applicable.
Qualifications:
Current, valid LVN or RN license to practice in CA.
RN preferred.
Wage will depend on experience and whether LVN or RN.
