We are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support the department along with administrative assistance to our escrow team.
Responsibilities include:
Process and enter accounts payables and ensure payments are made on time.
Facilitate accounts receivable through carefully recording payments and making deposits.
Conduct credit card reconciliations and research issues as needed.
Assist in the monthly accounting close.
Maintain accurate records and upload supporting documents for all transactions.
Assist the Accounting Manager with monthly projects.
Assist the escrow team with document processing.
Maintain an excellent level of customer service under pressure.
Compose routine correspondence to clients, customers, and vendors.
Greet staff, vendors, clients, and tenants in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
You must have obtained a bachelor's degree.
Able to work efficiently and self-motivate.
Extreme attention to detail.
Access to reliable transportation.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and embrace exceptional integrity.
Positive attitude and team oriented.
Strong organization and prioritization abilities in a constantly changing environment.
Excellent time management skills.
Previous accounting experience a plus, but not required.
