Description
Responsibilities:
Ensure the information technology strategic plans and objectives are responsive to the needs of the company s growth and vision.
Align IT initiatives with business priorities while balancing resource constraints (human and fiscal) to optimize IT investments.
Evaluate overall information technology systems and functions, and advise senior management on recommended system conversions, integrations and enhancements.
Responsible for the selection, acquisition, development, installation, maintenance and support of information technology for the company.
Manage the project approval and selection process for system upgrades and drive projects.
Ensure IT initiatives have clear business goals and measurable success metrics.
Monitor and report on the performance of the IT initiatives including actual vs.
expected results, budgets and project status.
Requirements:

experience in Information Technology in a management role 3

executive level strategic leadership Results oriented leader with diversified experience in Information Technology B.
S.
degree in Computer Science or related field; Master s Degree preferred Consumer Products background Needed -Apparel Product background preferred Business savvy with the ability to work effectively with other Executives to achieve key business and technology goals.
Demonstrable track record of enterprise project management, including managing and sustaining improvements with software development and system performance.
Experience developing/managing the customization, integration and conversion of information technology infrastructure.
Experience building a new model to serve the IT needs of a growing and change oriented company.
Excellent understanding of the complexities of business processes and experienced in leading complex business driven IT projects.
Change agent focused, skilled in change management concepts and working as a business partner in a lean but high demand environment Understanding of enterprise business systems, including ERP, WMS, PLM, and retail POS.
Knowledge of SAP and/or HighJump a huge plus.
