Resource Staff Pool RN - FT, Nights - Mercy Medical Center (Redding, CA)
TheStaff Nurseis a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a patient assignment through therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and other health care team members.
TheStaff Nursewill float to multiple units within the hospital, possibly multiple times per shift based upon the incumbent's skills and competencies as determined by the Nursing Supervisor or the Staffing Office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Current CA RN licensure Recent experience of three years in acute care (in the past five years) BLS, ACLS and basic dysrythmia Working knowledge of MS Office Suite & strong verbal/written communication skills PALS, NRP, TNCC Certifications may be required if floating to units with a higher level of care PREFERENCES:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree PALS, NRP, TNCC and other national certifications Ability to work in diverse areas Source:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
