Supervisor Clinical - FT, Nights - Dignity Health (Redding, CA)
The Clinical Supervisor is accountable for supervising the clinical operations of the department to ensure the optimal schedules, staffing levels and payroll outcomes are in effect and are based upon census, acuity and budget.
Will incorporate differences into the provision of care and integrates knowledge, skills and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families with an awareness of cost containment and time management.
In addition the Clinical Supervisor trains, evaluates and supervises staff in carrying out departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Current CA RN licensure.
5 years recent hospital nursing experience and 2 years recent charge nurse or supervisory experience in a critical care unit.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite & strong verbal/written communications skills.
BLS, ACLS, PALS along with either CCRN OR CEN, TNCC or ATCN PREFERENCES:
Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree Recent experience with Cerner E.
